Shipping & Courier Services

We aim to dispatch your items the next business day following receipt of your order. During busy sale or promotional periods and other special events, there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.

Once items are dispatched from MyHouse, you should expect delivery within 2-10 days depending on your location. Please visit Australia Post to estimate delivery time to your location.

We use the Australia Post tracking service, allowing you to trace your parcel at any time. Once the Item has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email within hours advising of a tracking number and page to follow the progress of your delivery.

For a final shipping cost based on every item in your order, add the item(s) to the shopping cart and type in your post code. This will calculate the estimated delivery charges and also give you different delivery options if available. Click update total to add to your cart totals, and the 'Proceed to Checkout' to continue.

Returns & Replacements

We provide a 12 Month Warranty on all products. Should you wish to submit a warranty claim please call our friendly team on 9999 9999  to submit a warranty claim.

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund request to be reviewed and processed. Our team will be in touch with you if they have any questions and also to confirm once completed.

Yes, in some circumstances sale items can be returned, these are subject to managers discretion, however some standard exclusions apply.

There is no refund, exchange or cancellation available on custom, made to order and special order items.

Please note: The advised lead times may vary, and if subject to delays the zero cancellation policy still applies.

Custom products are made to order and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all custom orders are 100% appropriate and exactly what is required prior to purchasing.

General Questions

Before buying furniture, it is important customers confirm the measurements of their room as well as all access points before placing the order. Measurement details for each furniture item are displayed on their individual product information page in the following way: H x W x D cms or L x W x H cms.
